Mirror Warehouse Shipping & Delivery
Please note our mirrors are larger and more fragile than normal deliveries and require specific handling/manual care. Our drivers specialise in door-to-door service, ensuring your mirrors are delivered safely and securely.
Our goal is to ensure your mirrors are delivered safely and efficiently. Below you'll find all the necessary details about our shipping process, delivery schedules, and rates.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Order Confirmation:
Upon purchase of a mirror, customers will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include details of the purchased items, billing information, and a unique order number.
Delivery Coordination:
Mirror Warehouse's delivery drivers will contact customers to coordinate a suitable delivery time and date. Customers are advised to provide accurate contact information during the checkout process to facilitate smooth coordination.
Delivery Restrictions:
- Mirror Warehouse does not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Customers are required to provide a physical address for delivery.
Free In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our warehouse in Revesby. Please contact us to arrange a day and time to pick-up your order.
Delivery Process
Once you have placed your order our warehouse team will get it ready for despatch. Once ready for despatch it will be ready for collection or delivery. For deliveries, once picked up from our warehouse by one of our drivers, customers will be contacted with a more accurate estimated delivery day/time from our drivers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information during the checkout process.
In-stock & pre-order delivery
If your order contains multiple items and one or more are on pre-order, your delivery will be consolidated and dispatched once all items are in stock. If you wish to receive the available items sooner and have the pre-order items delivered separately once they arrive at our warehouse, an additional delivery fee will apply for the second shipment.
In-Store Pickup Process
Customers selecting in-store pickup will be contacted by Mirror Warehouse to arrange a pickup time. Pickup appointments are essential to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Damaged or Missing Items
If there are any issues with the delivered items, customers are required to report them to Mirror Warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the order. Mirror Warehouse will investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Custom mirrors
If you have ordered a custom mirror from Mirror Warehouse it's important to note that custom mirrors are very fragile and require an A frame truck for transport.
Custom mirrors do not come pre packed in a box and are considered as "glass panels".
The customer is responsible for unloading and moving of any custom mirrors from the delivery drivers A frame truck upon arrival.
Our team cannot deliver your custom mirror inside job sites or homes as this is the duty of the builder/owner and we cannot accept any liability for breakage, damages or injury.
Delivery fee errors
We reserve the right to cancel any orders where the delivery fee has not been processed or stated correctly on our website, to be aligned with the exact rate charged by our freight suppliers. If there is a discrepancy in delivery fee either due to incorrect customer details or our website producing an error all customers will be contacted.
Delivery fee for wrong address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct when you complete your order. If on the odd occasion your delivery address is not your most current, please contact us immediately so your order does not get delivered to the wrong address.
If your order has been delivered to an address that was in the order information additional pickup and delivery charged may incur.
