1-Year Limited Warranty

Mirror Warehouse Australia ("Mirror Warehouse") provides a 1-year limited warranty on mirrors purchased from our online store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials, provided that the mirror was used as intended and for its normal purpose.

Faults in materials

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

Normal wear and tear

Modifications or alterations to the mirror

Damage caused during installation or transportation after the mirror leaves our facility

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Mirror Warehouse at Hello@mirrorwarehouse.com.au within the warranty period.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos illustrating the defect.
3. Mirror Warehouse will assess the claim and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the product.

Resolution

If the mirror is found to have a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, Mirror Warehouse will, at its discretion:

Repair the mirror

Replace the mirror with an identical or equivalent model

Provide a store credit for the original purchase amount

Limitation of Liability

Mirror Warehouse's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit as described above. Mirror Warehouse is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
