Returns Policy – 2025
At Mirror Warehouse, our goal is for you to absolutely love the mirror you’ve chosen for your space. We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan — whether that’s a change of mind or an issue with the product — and we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve had a change of heart, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your mirror was delivered.
Change of Mind Returns Process:

Initiate your return by emailing hello@mirrorwarehouse.com.au with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Items must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition, securely packaged in their original, unopened packaging.
Store Credit Issuance:

Once your return is received and inspected (within 5 business days), we will issue a store credit voucher, valid for 6 months.

Store credit will be equal to the product’s purchase price, minus the original delivery fee.
Please note: Returns can also be made directly to our Revesby, NSW warehouse by appointment only.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take pride in quality-checking all products prior to dispatch, and our delivery partners are trained to ensure mirrors arrive safely.
In the rare event your mirror arrives damaged or faulty, we offer two resolution options within 14 days of delivery:

A full refund of the product value (delivery fees are not refunded)

OR a free redelivery of the same mirror (no additional delivery charge)
Important Notes:

Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos.

We are not liable for damage caused after delivery, especially if mirrors are transported by the customer.
