Returns Policy – 2025

At Mirror Warehouse, our goal is for you to love the mirror you’ve chosen for your space. But if something’s not quite right — whether due to a change of mind or a rare delivery issue — we’re here to help.


Change of Mind Returns

We offer 7 days from the date of delivery to return your mirror if you’ve had a change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The mirror must be in 'as-new' condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with protective materials intact

  • It must not be damaged, used, or mounted

Return Process:

  1. Email hello@mirrorwarehouse.com.au with your name, order number, and reason for return

  2. Customers must arrange and cover the return shipping

  3. Returns can be made via courier or dropped off by appointment only at our Revesby warehouse

  4. Please note if a return is valid, the shipping amount is not included in the refund amount. Only the value paid for the mirror.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • If eligible, store credit will be issued equal to the product price (excluding delivery)

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months

  • Once received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for processing


Please note:

  • If the mirror has been accepted and opened, we do not provide return collection for change-of-mind cases — the customer must organise and cover safe return delivery

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable


Damaged or Faulty Items

We quality check all mirrors before dispatch and work with trained delivery partners to ensure safe handling. In the rare event your mirror arrives damaged:

You are eligible for either:

  • A full product refund, or

  • A free redelivery of the same item

Conditions:

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Supporting photos of the damage and packaging are required

  • We do not cover damages that occur after successful delivery, including if the item is moved or transported by the customer
