Returns policy

Our goal at Mirror Warehouse is for you to love the mirrors you purchase from us. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you received the product. For change of mind returns, we provide store credit in the form of a voucher with a validity period of 6 months.

Change of Mind Returns Process:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and will delivery need to be arranged  by the customer.

  • The returned product must be in 'as-new' condition and securely packaged in the original unopened packaging.

Store Credit Issuance:

  • Within 5 business days of receiving the return and confirming its 'as-new' condition, we will issue a store credit voucher via email.

  • The store credit amount is equal to the product's purchase price, less the initial shipping cost.

Please note we do offer returns to our warehouse in Revesby, NSW by appointment only.

Breakage & damage:

Our warehouse team & delivery team check all mirrors to ensure they leave our warehouse in perfect condition, and our delivery team ensure a safe arrival to your home. On the odd occasion if there is any damage or breakage we will look to exchange the mirror or refund you within 14 days of the mirror arriving at your home. We are not responsible for any breakages of the mirror outside of this period and do not issue a refund or credit if you have transported the mirrors yourself.
