Order Confirmation:

Upon purchase of a mirror, customers will receive an order confirmation via email.

This confirmation will include details of the purchased items, billing information, and a unique order number.

Delivery Coordination:

Mirror Warehouse's delivery drivers will contact customers to coordinate a suitable delivery time and date. Customers are advised to provide accurate contact information during the checkout process to facilitate smooth coordination.

Delivery Restrictions:

Mirror Warehouse does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Customers are required to provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates may vary depending on location. As a general guide, our delivery rates start from $60 in Sydney CBD and Metro areas. Greater Sydney can go up to $100 depending on location.

Please note our mirrors are larger than normal deliveries and require specific handling and manual care. Our drivers specialise in door-to-door service, ensuring your mirrors are delivered safely and securely.

For areas outside of Sydney, including Gosford, Wollongong, and Newcastle, delivery rates range from $100 - $150. If you reside in these regions or nearby, we do have some options on checkout however, if you get stuck feel free to contact us for assistance.

If you have selected incorrect shipping we will contact you and get it fixed.

Free In-Store Pickup:


We offer free in-store pickup on Saturdays between 10:00am - 1:00pm

Pickup Availability:

Pickup from the time of order is available within 3 days.

This time includes handling, picking, and preparing the order for pickup.

Delivery Process:

For Sydney-wide deliveries, Mirror Warehouse will coordinate with the customer to schedule a suitable delivery time.

Delivery times may vary based on the customer's location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during the checkout process.

In-Store Pickup Process:

Customers selecting in-store pickup will be contacted by Mirror Warehouse to arrange a pickup time.

Pickup appointments are essential to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If there are any issues with the delivered items, customers are required to report them to Mirror Warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Mirror Warehouse will investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
